Below, you will find the entire list of steps necessary for each student-athlete to complete prior to the start of fall practice in August. In order to participate in Football at Northfield High School, complete each step exactly to avoid any delays in play/participation:
STEP #1: FILL OUT Football Player Information Sheet (Normally Completed in February-May)
Each year, we collect information from new, incoming student-athletes AND their parents. This information helps us learn more about your son and how to best coach him to maximize his potentila.Once complete, we will make sure you are in the communication loop for all things NightHawks Football.

STEP #2: ATTEND FOOTBALL PARENT NIGHT IN MAY (Completed in May)
Our Football Parent Night will be in early May at NHS. Any parent of student-athlete planning to play football this fall is required to attend. ** DUE TO COVID19 – we held this event online, and the replay is available HERE.
STEP #3: GET YOUR DOCUMENTATION COMPLETE (Ideally Completed in June)
There are a few different items that you should take care of early, and not wait for the last minute. Items that must be completed include:
STEP #4: REGISTER FOR SPORT ELECTRONICALLY (Ideally Completed in July)
There are two items to complete for electronic registration, Arbiter and Family ID.
